Watch Aprajita Srivastava speak on Knowledge Agriculture®, SDG2030, ethical AI, and smart farming at national conferences, international forums, and academic institutions worldwide.
Lighting the inaugural lamp — National Conference on ICT & Mass Media for SDG2030
National Conference · India
The 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), adopted by the international community in September 2015, seek to address hunger, poverty alleviation, democratic governance, climate change, and economic inequality. Almost all SDGs relate directly or indirectly to sustainable agriculture — SDG-2 addressing Zero Hunger directly, and SDG-8 on inclusive economic growth requiring agricultural progress for small and marginal farmers.
Knowledge Agriculture®, invented by Aprajita Srivastava and trademarked by the Government of India under Scientific & Technological Innovation, is a process leveraging technologies including Greenhouse systems, IoT (Internet of Things), Robotics, AI (Artificial Intelligence), UAVs (Unmanned Aerial Vehicles), and specialised software for weather modelling, smart zone seeding, and fertiliser modelling.
The conference debated the right technology mix for nations to achieve SDG2030 — including Cloud computing, New Media, the Internet, Broadcasting, and Community Radio — and aligned with Prime Minister Modi's vision to double farmer income and skill the youth for employment. Proceedings were published by Lambert Academic Publishing, Germany.

Project Presentation · 2019
As part of the Business & Entrepreneurship Course at Oxford University, Aprajita Srivastava presented a data-driven, commercially viable business model based on her invention — Knowledge Agriculture® — to a potential investor panel.
The model demonstrated how Knowledge Agriculture® could be deployed at scale to enhance agricultural production, improve global food security, and generate sustainable economic returns — directly aligned with the United Nations SDG-2 Zero Hunger target.
Oxford University endorsed the project, recognising its strong value for making positive change in people's lives and its potential for real-world investment and implementation at scale.
