Agriculture Knowledge Dissemination System — Knowledge Agriculture® framework
Invention · Govt. of India Trademark
Knowledge Agriculture® is a process that uses technology and tools including Greenhouse systems, IoT (Internet of Things), Robotics, AI (Artificial Intelligence), UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicles), and specialised software for weather modelling, smart zone seeding, and fertiliser modelling.
The concept addresses a critical global challenge: a country's income is directly related to the education of its people and ICT penetration. The focus is on education and skill development — communicating with people in their own language to impart knowledge and skills that enable them to earn their livelihood and improve their living conditions.
Execution of technology-assisted Knowledge Agriculture and skill development projects in parts of India and Ethiopia, sustained and monitored over many years, showed inspiring changes in rural behaviour and willingness of farmers to adopt new technology.

A professional biographic video summarising Aprajita's journey as a cloud engineer, researcher, inventor of Knowledge Agriculture®, and SDG2030 advocate — prepared for introduction to MIT.
International Project · 2015
As Honorary Director of World Development Foundation, Aprajita Srivastava led the landmark international project for the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology (MCIT), Government of Ethiopia — establishing seven Community Radio Stations in different parts of Ethiopia in 2015.
She filed the global bid tender, vetted the contract signed with the MCIT Government of Ethiopia, opened the Letter of Credit, procured all equipment, and delivered the entire project within 12 months. The stations provide citizens the opportunity to express themselves socially, culturally, politically, and spiritually — preparing each community member to participate in decision-making.
The project was covered by the Embassy of India in Ethiopia and in Africabiz international news, and recognised as a major contribution to media development across East Africa.
